Report a bug

Email Arkyn@datsov.com. The most useful reports include:

• Version — Arkyn OS 2.1.0 (cat /etc/os-release).
• Hardware — make and model; for Wi-Fi or graphics issues, the output of lspci -nn (or lsusb for USB devices).
• What you did, what you expected, what happened — step by step.
• Photos of the screen if it happened during boot or install.
• Logs, if you can:

  journalctl -b -p warning --no-pager | tail -n 100

  For an install problem, the installer log is kept at /var/log/installer/ on the installed system.

Check before you send

Logs can contain your username, network names and hardware serial numbers. Read them before attaching, and remove anything you’d rather not share.

Report vulnerabilities privately to the same address. See security.txt.
